This is my friend, James Robertson. He was kidnapped by two "men" (for lack of a better word) on January 1st 2014. These two scumbags were portraying to be constables, carrying badges and guns. He was told he was being taken for a surprise probationary drug test. He hasn't been seen since and is presumed dead. The scumbags, Scott Morrison and Alfred Ricci apparently believe that it's perfectly acceptable to participate in the taking of a human beings life. Also, among the accused are a Dedham, Ma police officer Michael Schoener (accused of providing his badge, gun and information about James to aid in the kidnapping) and drug dealer James Feeney (who is the mastermind behind the plot). These pieces of shit not only took a friend. They took a father, a son and a brother, and an all around good guy. According to news reports, all of this took place because of a girl. A GIRL. My friend did nothing wrong, he didn't owe these people anything. He didn't wrong these people in anyway. He apparently dated a girl that was an ex-girlfriend of James Feeney, and it seems as though Feeney became jealous.
So, apparently this makes it okay to take a person's life? This makes it okay to devastate the lives of everyone who was blessed to have known Jamie? My heart breaks for him, for his children, for his family.
There are so many un-answered questions, broken hearts and tears being shed over something so unfathomable. I have not even come close to being able to come to terms with any of this, I'm filled with so much anger, so much hurt that I don't even know how to begin to express. I could continue on with words of rage and hatred, but instead, in an effort to begin some kind of healing process is a note for Jamie and some memories.......
Dear Jami,
(I remember he used to insist that his name was spelled without the "E" at the end and hated to be called James) When I think back, I remember you with a bandana and your jean jacket. I remember your smile and the warmth of your hand when you held mine. I remember food fights involving pickles, and dubbing you with the nickname "pickle" after that. I remember your Mom feeding us tuna noodle casserole..lol. There are so many things I remember (that, after putting in writing, and deleting) really sound stupid. But, the most important thing I remember is that you cared. I never told you a lot of things, I never told you that just your presence carried me through so many difficult times. You see, you don't know this but you were a huge part of my life during some of the hardest days of my life, for many years i was abused, and you gave me something, something that i don't even have words for. Perhaps something to believe in, or to fight for? I don't know. My point is you have always had a special place in my heart, you always will. I cant even begin to rationalize in my mind that you could be gone, with all that has happened my biggest hope is that you never endured any pain or suffering. I can't begin to explain how much that fear haunts me. I pray for you and for your family a lot. Thank you for being a part of my life, making me laugh wiping my tears and just being there.
